Embarking on his career with us, Hui Herng is in charge of prosecution and registration of trademarks, industrial designs and copyrights in Malaysia and overseas. His role includes advising clients on trademark objections, preparing written submissions as well as attending hearings. Job Scope

• To advise clients on matters such as trademark, patent, industrial design and copyright.
• To provide prompt and accurate responses to the clients’ valued requests.
• To directly assist and liaise with clients in resolving their intellectual property queries.
• To manage and coordinate with fellow team members within the department.
